With the "PIONEERS hit the road" initiative, we aim to promote personal development and continuing cultural education for our future employees. Time on the road revives the medieval journeyman tradition, which is enjoying renewed relevance and popularity in the age of globalization. Since the start of the program in 2011, we have sent 50 new recruits out on the road.
"PIONEERS hit the road" has even attracted the interest of the German Chancellery. Maybe other companies will adapt our concept for themselves.
