The NP series, which we offer with a large number of ratios and output shapes, is recommended for the mid-range. Our HDP⁺ planetary gearboxes in hygienic design meet even the strictest hygiene standards. Our highly dynamic, high-torque premo^® servo actuators have advantages if space is limited.

The RP⁺ 30 is a high performance gearbox with high torsional and tilting rigidity which achieves very high system rigidity over the complete axis length in conjunction with a rack-and-pinion system. Our XPK⁺ right-angle planetary gearbox impresses with an ultra-compact design, high torque density and extreme torsional rigidity. The frameless servo motors in the cyber^® kit line product family provide maximum torque and flexibility. With their large hollow shafts, they offer a considerable degree of design freedom. The Galaxie^® RGM 135 enables superior performance. This revolutionary drive system sets new benchmarks for torque and rigidity.

The emphasis in dosing and dispensing systems is on high quality requirements, process reliability and repeatability. Expectations regarding machine productivity are likewise constantly increasing. 

Thanks to the brushless servo motors in our cyber^® dynamic line, pumps can now be driven such that even the tiniest quantities in the microliter range can be dispensed with precision. The cyber^® simco^® drive makes it possible to individually adjust the dispensing quantities, minimize the quantity tolerances and optimize the dispensing results in a reproducible manner. The cyber^® dynamic line provides solutions for dosing and dispensing applications both in industrial environments and in wet areas with the Hygienic Design variant. Our compact TP⁺ planetary gearboxes with output flange convince with high positioning accuracy in highly dynamic cyclic operation. The planetary gearboxes in our CP series, combining high flexibility with unbeatable value for money, are recommended for facility sections with average demands in terms of positioning accuracy.

The degree of automation is increasing – and with it the range of applications. Our portfolio is consequently designed to meet the most diverse needs. We offer gearbox and actuator solutions as well as small servo drive systems for the rotary axis. Our broad portfolio is suited for use in all manner of environments. We have versions for dry areas as well as for applications where strict hygienic and chemical resistance requirements apply. An array of precise and highly dynamic motors are available whenever high throughput is called for. 

The DP⁺ planetary gearbox is designed especially for delta robot units. Several different versions exist for use in dry and spray areas. The compact design enables high positioning accuracy, even in extremely dynamic cyclic operation – combined with high levels of torsional and tilting rigidity. The cyber^® kit line small features a compact design and a large hollow shaft through which cables and other materials can be fed. Our Galaxie^® RG 85 never ceases to impress with its revolutionary gearbox technology and superior characteristics: its zero backlash, high torsional rigidity, maximum compactness and hollow shaft render it ideal for use in rotary tilt tables, for instance.
 

Modern manufacturing processes need to be as flexible as possible. Regardless of mass production, there is a clear trend towards customized products and the number of individual purchase orders is accordingly on the rise. That means more effort and expense for intra-production material supplies – and perfect timing is paramount. To make sure the material and the finished goods are always in the right place at the right time, there is a demand for efficient intralogistics solutions. 

Automatic guided vehicle (AGV) systems play a key role here: our iTAS^® servo drive system is the first completely scalable, modular drive system specially for use in AGVs. It reduces complexity while ensuring maximum power density. The cyber^® simco^® drive and TAS, our compact motor / gearbox unit, are the core components of iTAS^®. The entire system can be scaled for different output ratings without any problem. And if the machine needs to go around the corner, right-angle gearboxes are the answer: an extremely compact, high-performance bevel gear stage and unbeatable efficiency in operation are excellent arguments for our NPK while our CVH worm gearbox minimizes the noise level.
